I advice you to take toys from her and ask her from where you take these toys. If she did not answer not return her toys. After that make something in order to answer your question. For example, do not give her money. Another solution you should stop her go to her friends if she is insistent in her mind. Continue the punishment until around one week. after that I think she will tell you from where she take these toys. If you will do like this.
